Positive: The overall appartment layout and arrangement was nice. Large beds, comfy mattresses, lots of mirrors everywhere for an interesting perspective. The mirror on the ceiling in the purple light room really is something! :-) The kitchen high-rise isle is very useful for serving meals and the living space sitting area is nice for a relaxed chat. The area of the city where the appartment is located was quiet over the weekend - no industrial noise, no noisy neighbors or stray dogs. Also, the appartment is almost sound-proof (trains pass near-by, but that was not a disturbance for our resting time). The appartment is located at the top of the building, which offers a nice perspective over the neighborhood, but there's no elevator, so keep that in mind if you have lots of luggage. The very large patio is nice for an outdoors relaxation. The host is responsive and nice, and the self check-in is great!

Negative: If ariving by car, parking is available on the side of the road, half on the street, and half on grass, over the sidewalk curb. Some of the amenities that we were expecting were missing, such as hands towels, paper towels, coffee pods for the coffee machine, a tea pot or some smaller pot for boiling water, cream soap in the bathroom. Beds are a little squeaky, but nothing to be scared about. Overall cleaning could be done with a more careful eye (i. e. by the bed sides, on the decor elements throughout the house and especially on the patio). Some amenities would call for a refresh, such as the bathroom tub (fine mold traces around the glass edge) or the bathroom sink tap (not fixed properly). The patio is large and nice, but being completely unprotected leaves a lot of room to pidgeons, which really make a mess. Having a lot of materials stored carefree on the patio behind a corner is not too nice... Personally, these aspects don't surprise me for a smaller city, but the price is rather high in this case.

Summary: A nice appartment, but the price tag is not really worth it
