Welcome to Channel View, our blue home by the sea. Nestled just 800 metres from the breathtaking Welsh Heritage Coast, our home is the perfect sanctuary for those seeking both peace, and or adventure! Channel View is a haven for couples and small families, providing the perfect escape for up to four guests. With its rustic charm and modern comfort, our home has been lovingly refurbished to create a space where you can unwind, recharge, and fall in love with the landscape around you.
When you step inside, you’re greeted by a spacious boot room, ideal for kicking off your shoes after a day of exploring.
From there, you’ll find a cosy, dual-aspect lounge with stunning views of the ocean and countryside. It’s the perfect space to curl up by the wood-burning stove with a good book, enjoy some tv, or simply share quiet moments with loved ones.
The kitchen is well-equipped for home-cooked meals, with an impressive electric Range cooker, a large fridge freezer, dishwasher, and all the small appliances you might need—kettle, toaster, air fryer, and microwave. When you sit down for an evening meal at the large oak dining table, you’ll enjoy spectacular sunsets over the ocean, creating the perfect backdrop for dinner.
Just off the lounge, you’ll find a peaceful wellness space bathed in morning sunshine—ideal for yoga, meditation, or simply enjoying the calm views of the countryside at the rear of the house.
Upstairs, you'll find:
The master bedroom, with beautiful ocean and countryside views, featuring a luxurious king-size bed (firmer bed) and a romantic en-suite bathroom with an oversized bath—perfect for a relaxing soak.
The second bedroom also offers stunning ocean views, with a comfortable king-size bed (softer bed), ensuring restful nights.
There’s also a dressing room with plenty of storage space and a small desk for any work you need to do during your stay.
The main bathroom upstairs features a spacious walk-in shower, along with fluffy towels and hand soap to make your stay extra comfortable.
Outside:
The large, fully enclosed garden is a peaceful sanctuary, with a patio area and outdoor furniture for those sunny days. It’s a wonderful spot to relax, enjoy a meal, or simply take in the beauty of the uninterrupted countryside views. If you're lucky, you may even be joined by a herd of friendly calves from the field behind the house.
We have a spacious driveway with security lights and cameras, offering parking for up to three cars. Please note that there is no electric vehicle charging available.

This property is a self-check-in property & the keys are stored in a key safe. Please ensure you keep your keys safe as we charge £50 for each set of lost keys. You can check in any time of the day from 16:00 & checkout by 11:00 please. A later check out, earlier check in may be arranged when possible.
There are a few different roads that lead to our home, some of which are narrow and used by farm vehicles. Please be aware we are in a remote area. Please drive carefully.
The area has limited mobile phone signal, but don’t worry—our home is equipped with high-speed broadband and free Wi-Fi calling once connected.
The house is heated by oil central heating, and we provide enough logs for your first evening by the fire. The central heating is set ready for your arrival & you'll be warm & cosy throughout your stay.
We don’t feel our property would suit someone who was in a wheelchair due to the access.
We do not supply a BBQ however you are welcome to bring one.
We do not supply any travel cots or high chairs for children.
