Summary: Room was clean, well-serviced, comfortable. House and gardens were beautiful. Walking distance (10min) to River Ness and driving distance (5min) to town centre, excellent parking. Some difficulty checking in as we didn't realise there was no on-site reception, and hadn't received the check-in details email in advance, so some last minute (short-term) panic ensued, resolved via email with the manager.
