Positive: Quite convenient location next to the Lidl supermarket, modern renovation, convenient for accommodating a family of three or even four people. The owner took care of the availability of tea leaves, coffee and sugar. The beds are comfortable, I liked the presence of light laminate on the floor instead of carpet. We could not connect the TV, without figuring out what as many as four remotes were for. But the Internet worked perfectly.

Negative: There was no bath plug, but I used a sink plug from the kitchen. towel holder in the bathroom was broken. No hooks for clothes in the bathroom and in twin bedroom.
