Positive: Spacious , beautifully decorated, has character , and views to the sea from upstairs , large pretty garden , comfortable beds , really well equipped open plan kitchen dining space , and lovely arty and homely touches , plus welcoming for the dog . Loved the woodburner in the tv room .

Negative: The heating system was confusing - easy thermostats in the kitchen /diner and entrance hall , but the hallway thermostat didn’t work so no heating to the 2 sitting rooms or bedrooms . It would be good to have instructions left out for the heating for autumn /winter stays . We lit the wood burner each evening , so it didn’t spoil our time (we stayed the last week in October )

Summary: A happy and super comfortable stay for our family of 7 plus the dog
