- Maximum occupancy is the number of guests on your booking — no extra overnight visitors
- No parties or events
- No smoking inside the property or on the balcony

- Quiet hours 10:00 pm – 7:00 am — please respect our neighbours
- Children are welcome — porta cot, high chair and baby gear available on request
- Please park only in your allocated bay (bay 25) and keep your key fob and codes to yourself

- On departure: rubbish down the chute, recycling to the lower ground car park bins, dishes in the dishwasher, lock up, and return the keys to The Farm at Miami
