Positive: Location is great. The reception staff were wonderful and explained everything. The facilities on offer are good. Room was big with a great comfortable bed.

Negative: Breakfast was poor for room service. On the first day it was not great and on the second day I was supposed to get this between 7.30am and 8am as I had a team meeting in my room at 8.15am. This did not arrive and I had to phone reception and the night porter had forgot to pick up my ticket!. The lady on reception quickly remedied this so well done to her! Also there was no hotel info in the room.

Summary: Good facilities, reception staff great but service needs improving overall.
