Summary: Car park opposite was a good rate & free overnight. Check in quick & friendly. Not a problem for me but stairs to room really steep so maybe an issue for others. Room clean, plenty of towels, comfy bed. When I spotted earplugs I worried it would be noisy, not at all. I slept with the window open & didn’t stir all night (without earplugs) Train line opposite but only a very slight rumble that’s all. Few minutes walk from Seven Kings station into London. Overall a great stay & would stay again if in the area.
