Negative: The noise level was a significant issue. There is ongoing construction right outside, which makes it very loud. In addition, there’s a bar nearby where people gather late into the evening, creating even more noise. Early in the morning, the sound of garbage collection also adds to the disturbance. Unfortunately, all of this made it difficult to rest comfortably.
