March Square is a beautiful four bedroom, three bathroom townhouse with private parking available for Goodwood Festival of Speed and Revival meetings. There are good indoor and outdoor eating areas, comfortable living areas and bedrooms and it is in close proximity to Goodwood Motor Racing circuit.
Guests will draw up in front of the house where there is parking for up to 3 cars in front of the shuttered garages. The front door leads onto a hallway, then formal living room, WC and wonderfully light and airy kitchen, dining room and conservatory with french doors out onto the garden.
The attractive outside space has both lawned and terraced areas, gas BBQ and outside table which seats up to 8 guests.
Upstairs there are 4 double bedrooms. The master bedroom and bedroom two both have king size beds and ensuite bathrooms. On the third floor bedroom three has a double bed and bedroom 4 has two single beds. There is also a sofa bed which can be made up for a small additional cost if required.
This townhouse is stylish, comfortable and spacious and makes an excellent base for entertaining guests over Goodwood events.
