Summary: I tried to add on an additional night’s parking over the phone prior to my stay but was told no as I hadn’t booked directly. This is the first time I have felt like a second tier guest for booking with hotels.com. This meant I had to park in the separate airport car park for two nights which added stress to our hotel stay when the purpose of the stay was to make our journey stress free.
