It is 2 stops to Waterloo main line and underground station and 5 stops to the world famous Piccadilly Circus and Leicester Square, the heart of theatre land and all the major London art galleries. Locally there are plenty of bars, small cafes and nightlife. The home is spread over 3 floors, making it feel spacious and light, and boasts a beautiful courtyard garden which can easily accommodate a group of people for long, relaxed al fresco dining - weather permitting! The ground floor consists of a modern kitchen with superior appliances including a NEFF cooker and microwave with digital display system offering exact temperatures for lots of recipes. The bi-fold doors lead to the quiet and peaceful garden. A dining area lies between the kitchen and the first of 2 living rooms perfect for after dinner coffee or aperitifs. The second floor has the second and biggest living room boasting a large flat screen smart television with a full range of digital channels. Also on the second floor, there is a guest bathroom with a sumptuous couples’ bath as well as hand-held shower. The third floor houses the 2 substantial bedrooms, both spacious and airy and each with its own fully equipped en-suite with walk-in showers. The master bedroom has a super-king size bed and a large wardrobe with plenty of storage space. The Alexa system works all the lighting in the room. The second bedroom has a king-size bed, en-suite, and floor to ceiling mirrored wardrobes providing plenty of hanging and storage space.
