The Cottage consists of two bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen/ living area, which includes fridge, cooker, microwave , dishwasher and washing machine. Comfortable lounge areawith comfy sofas and TV. Also broadband.
Spacious and stylish downstairs bedroom with adjoining hotel style bathroom.
Mezzanine upstairs with twin beds, these are slightly narrower than a standard single bed so are ideal for children or young adults, this bedroom is directly off the staircase which leads up to it there isn’t a door so may not be suitable for very young children or anyone with mobility issues. There’s also a fold up bed in the living area so can accommodate three children.

Summary: Very comfortable & cosy. Well kitted out, everything we needed was there. Good location for coast, Norwich etc and just a 5 minute walk to riverside pub. Very relaxing short stay.
