The house has been completely refurbished to a high standard and is fully equipped with all home comforts. Managed by the owners, who also live in the village, the house has 3 comfortable bedrooms accommodating up to 6 people, 2 bathrooms incorporating one bath, two showers and shaver points, a living room and separate snug both equipped with wi-fi / Sky Glass TV on HD televisions, a fabulous well equipped kitchen/diner overlooking the garden and a utility room and downstairs cloakroom.

The best of both worlds it offers close proximity to the centre of Cambridge, Addenbrookes Biomedical Campus and Cambridge University, whilst being in a lively village, close to the countryside and with all amenities on the doorstep. With Waitrose, excellent Farm Shops and rural attractions all a short drive away, it is easy to see why Great Shelford is one of the most sought after villages.
