Positive: We very much enjoyed our stay at this Purley property which featured a large social area which was great for our family Christmas gathering. Some things we enjoyed were the comfortable rooms with on-suite bathrooms in several of them and a couple of other bathrooms in the house. Off-street parking for several vehicles and plants throughout the house were also nice touches. The property is spread across 3 floors so, while this was not an issue for our group, it might be worth considering this feature for others with mobility issues.

Negative: The size of the pots/pans in the kitchen were small in comparison to the number of people the house accommodates so we ended up bringing some larger pots from elsewhere. It could also be helpful to have a larger dining table/seating arrangement.

Summary: Comfortable, spacious accomodation ideal for a family gathering
