Positive: Breakfast was terrific. Host was friendly, welcoming and efficient. Location a few minutes from town was perfect. Beautiful green fields of the horse farm and tidy colorful garden.

Negative: Nothing.

Summary: Comfortable and elegant, beautifully tidy room. Wonderful breakfast!
