Negative: Heating/hot water failed after 1st night, repaired on 2nd day. One of the beds was not changed from previous visitor, hairs on the sheet and it was wrinkled. Just as we were returning to the property at night the heating went on to night mode at 20.30, down to 14 degrees. Therefore the house got cold much too early.
