Summary: Our host Andrei deserves the highest recommendation possible. We had a wonderful stay in a great unit, close to most everything Old Town Brasov has to offer. In this case we had a mechanical issue with the hot water heater, and he replied instantly. When he said he would be over in minutes, he was being honest. He dedicated the time and resource to make a timely repair. He communicated clearly and promptly. Things can go wrong sometimes, and it is during these challenges that a host can demonstrate their professionalism. Thank you, Andrei.
