No.7 has all you could ask for, private gardens, ample parking, access to private beach. 3 carefully thought out bedrooms all with sea views, make waking up special! Downstairs is a well equipped kitchen, dining area, large lounge with reading and games area. The property had a complete makeover in 2022 and now offers a cosy cottage feel. The house is a two minute walk from the UK Coast Path and local attractions include the world famous Eden Project, Heligan Gardens, Bodmin Jail, Newquay, Truro and many more. Our local village is Charlestown, home of Poldark and many famous movies. It is now one of Cornwalls go to destinations for great restaurants and and quirky cafes.
You also get the key to the community private beach, and No.7 provides Picnic towels/blankets and basket for your sunny beach days.
Outside No.7 you will find lovely gardens, patio, BBQ and fire pit to help you enjoy the summer evenings, gazing at the night sky.
