Positive: Great location (15 min walk to everything), comfortable beds, great sleeping options for different groups, large kitchen, impressively large TV, parking space at back of house.Good value for size of house.

Negative: Beds linen etc. was clean, but dishes, glass and cutlery all had either food remnants or lipstick on them. Everything had to be washed before use. Generally felt walls, doors and floors could have all done with a good clean. Heating didn't appear to be working in bedrooms, except for towel rails. But heating was very effect downstairs. Noise from a busy road/ poor double glazing meant the front bedroom (the largest) was too noisy to be used. Weird 'tapping' noise heard by everyone during the night - heating, dripping tap?? Cause could not be located. But despite all this we enjoyed our stay.
