The cottage at 'Macdonalds lands', Culross, is set amongst picturesque 16th & 17th century buildings, cobbled lanes and is ideal base to explore Fife. It is within easy access to Edinburgh by car or rail and just 1 minute from the village 'foodie' pub, cosy cafes, and the coastal path. The 2 bedroom cottage benefits from a pretty walled garden, with views across the River Forth. It's ideal for walkers, cyclists or just relaxing ... oh and film buffs! Built in the 1970’s, with a design award to sit alongside its historic neighbours, the accommodation comprises of 2 Double bedrooms, bathroom with shower, Kitchen and Living Room/Diner with a modern wood burning stove (winter only). There is also a secure lower level cellar for bike storage. Parking is available next to the cottage, but take it easy on the cobbles! If you fancy a meal the pub is great and there are 4 village coffee shops and cafes all within a few minutes from the door. Breakfast is just a few minutes away!
