Summary: I stayed in room 403 and there was a few issues no hot water, the sink tap stopped working at all, the floor is very creaky which makes moving around the room really loud for people around and below. I was moved to room 212 when I mentioned it to the lady at the service desk. New room was better. The staff i came in contact with were all very helpful.
