Positive: The house is lovely really, has lots of space downstairs for a family to be in comfortably. The neighborhood is in a quiet community and there is not much there really. There is a lidl 3 minutes away walking which is great and a lovely bakery 1 min away. We had a car so access to the city was easy.

Negative: There were a couple of things that we thought would make improve it: Provide a plug for the sink in the kitchen so you can wash up. As there is not dishwasher, you have to constantly run water to wash up. More equipment in the kitchen - extra utensils and a frying pan. The oven didn’t work which was frustrating as we are big cooks.

Summary: It worked for us and it could easily be better
