Travel Purpose: business

Positive: The host was very friendly and offers transfers to and from the airport. (Verbal and written) communication in English works perfectly. The rooms (with coffee maker and microwave) are without breakfast, but there is a bakery near the property, as well as a small store right outside, and a larger supermarket 1km away. The room, which was very clean, looks like newly renovated; it is bright; the bed is comfortable; I had a table and chair to work on and a perfectly working WIFI. There is a small garden around the house. It is very quiet. Giarmata is close to the industrial area of Giamarta/Timisoara and not far from Timisoara North.

Negative: There is -like in a hotel- no fridge and dishes for those who want to stay longer, but I am sure the host could help you to solve this problem if needed. The host cannot issue an invoice for companies. I was informed in advance by the host, but only after booking. The host cannot influence the following, but you should be aware of it: there are no regular bus connections to easily get to Timisoara. You need a car or a bike (good and new way for cyclists).

Summary: Ideal for those who are on business trip at the north of Timisoara.
