Summary: I had booked for 2 adults and 3 teenage children but when we arrived we found that there were only beds for 4 of us so one of the kids had to sleep on the sofa in the living room. There had been some extra bedding left in a wardrobe but it looked like it had already been used. There was only 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel between 5 of us. I asked for more towels but none were brought to us. There was no plug for the bath. There were only 2 dinner plates and 2 side plates. Overall not a good experience. Luckily we were only using it as a place to sleep so we could spend the day in London.
