Positive: The apartment is clean and has a nice furnishing with all amenities and kinds of equipment. The view is astonishing - especially at sunrise and sunset. There are different types of pillows, the showers work fine, the TV set is big enough, the laundry machine is equipped with detergents, the fridge and washing machine are cutting edge, the kitchen is stuffed with all sorts of dills, oils, salts, kitchen paper, etc.

Negative: There is NO elevator and the apartment is on the 4 floor - imagine a middle-aged couple climbing up with two big suitcases and two small ones:(
