Positive: I was a little disappointed the new owners have scrapped breakfast. The house is a guest house, not a B&B. The room has en suite, and tv. Everything is secure and very clean. If all you require is a bed for the night at a budget rate. Don't forget to leave time get breakfast elsewhere though

Negative: Consider putting breakfast back on the menu. The house is a little way out of the way, guess a mile to amenities.

Summary: Lovely comfortable stay, missed early morning braekfast
