Positive: I liked the pool and the food. The pool was always clean and the food had good variety with every meal.

Negative: I didn't like how there was no hair salon, the pool toilets were looking terrible (they were clean but just not worth 5 stars, looking more like toilets you would find at the park). Also i saw no playground, no jacuzzi and no sauna. I have no idea where they are. Wish there was some baby food options since there were alot of young parents with babies checked in at the hotel, not even a banana in sight. Overall a good experience but I can not understand how this is rated as a 5 star hotel. Staff at the hotel was very young / teenagers. The front desk ladies: some were polite, some didn't even say "good morning" back. The pool/restaurant staff were polite but very shy, so don't ask them any question. Also I didn't see any manager managing the young staff at the restaurant. Also very poor water pressure in the room. Room and bath telephone not working, tried both phones. Cleaning staff was resting seated on the hallway floor, so I had to avoid stepping on them while trying to reach my room.
