Positive: Nice staff, willing to help, with fair English knowledge. Pleasant room, comfy bed, coffee maker.

Negative: The hotel faces a main street with heavy traffic. The first night was a hell, with all the trucks passing by. For the second night we changed the room, with one facing the courtyard, only to have to listen till 1.00 a.m. to a loud, obnoxious group of tourists. During the night there's no front desk clerk, so nobody to take care of the matter (I tried to, with no success). The breakfast was less than average, with a narrow choice of products. The scrambled eggs were cold, the juice was (in my opinion) the cheapest possible one, with a slight taste of plastic.
