Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: the location, the friendly and helpful staff, the good and varied breakfast

Negative: It doesn't look like a 5-star hotel, the carpet in the room is very old and dirty, the pillows on the bed are small and uncomfortable, the hotel parking is more expensive than public parking, the broken socket in the room was supposed to be fixed so we could charge the phone, but we left and no one came back.
