Positive: Vermont is a well looked after property in a great location for the beach & surrounding area, it’s very comfortable & peaceful, perfect for me & my wife, the secure garden is perfect for our little French Bulldog Hugo

Negative: Trying to make sense of the booking agents at Host & Stay is a real pain, they charged me twice for an extended stay, getting the refund was hard work, I had to prove to them several times that I’d already paid, then I tried to extend further but was told the date had already gone, even thought it was available on both booking.com & Host & Stay web sites, eventually after several attempts they booked it for me, I can’t wait to see the cleaners turn up before we are supposed to check out now we arrived a day early & check out a day later than the original booking dates, Host & Stay were so much better before they moved their agents to the Philippines

Summary: Marske by the Sea is a wonderful village Vermont is a lovely house, booking agents for Host & Stay are hard work
