Negative: My main dis-satisfaction with Host and Stay, having paid a considerable sum for a small cottage booking in late season, was their charging system for an earlier arrival time from the 16.00 hrs check in time. This comment is mainly directed at situation where property was unoccupied on previous day. In our situation, having driven in wintery conditions for over 3 hours, we could not arrive even an hour early without additional charges being levied. There was no latitude at all with Host and Stay on this matter. It was a case of take it or leave it.

Summary: Snoozy Goose was an ideal cottage for our stay. However the early arrival charging system irked us.
