Just wow! A huge, beautiful Georgian Townhouse completely renovated that sleeps up to 20 guests comfortably, located right in the heart of the city centre.
Perfect for any large group who wish to explore Liverpool and its finest bars and restaurants. The house is less than a minute walk from the famous Anglican Cathedral, a true staple of British Architecture and just a short stroll from the hustle and busy of the city.
The Space:
The house offers a large living room on the second floor, fitted with a smart TV and large table perfect for entertaining, with a handy table tennis those rainy days in! Adjacent to the living room there is a sizeable kitchen fitted with all the usual necessities that you would need for your stay!
There are 8 bedrooms, each of the bedrooms are fitted with a double bed with two of the bedrooms fitted with two double beds! Along with the bedrooms there are also 4 bathrooms throughout the house.
Please note that the house cannot host parties and though it is suitable for respectful groups looking to celebrate special occasions in Liverpool whilst respecting our local neighbourhood. We simply ask that you respect that there are other residents to consider and noise must be kept to a reasonable level especially of an evening and no partying or load music to be played in or outside the property after 10pm. We have CCTV at the main entrance of the house as well as noise sensors throughout to ensure these rules are abided by.

Guest Access:
The property holds up to 20 guests and you have access to the whole house (except the basement) and do not share the space with anyone else.
The Neighborhood:
The beautiful Georgian Quarter Townhouse is located right in the city centre, just a minute walk from the famous Anglican Cathedral and 5 Minute walk from many of Liverpools top bars and restaurants.
The property is also just a 2 minute walk from Hope Street, a staple in the culture of Liverpool. Containing some of the best bars and restaurants that Liverpool have to offer, Hope Street also connects the two Cathedrals of Liverpool.
This wonderful home sleeps up to 20 guests and is ideal for large groups who are wanting to visit Liverpool and see all of the sights we have to offer.
Getting Around:
You're in the heart of the city here! A 10-minute stroll to Liverpool Central, which links to Lime St & Wirral lines.
You're 15-20 minutes walk from Paradise St, the main bus & coach terminal too.
There is also a taxi rank near Bold St which is a short stroll away.

The apartment is located within a residential area, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise.
We host hen and stag groups in this property.
We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.
The check in time is 3pm & check out 10am - Please adhere to these times unless otherwise agreed. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.
We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with X1 hand towel and X1 bath mat.
Luggage storage is available in the city centre at our main office, this is priced at £5 per bag for the whole day (up until 5 pm) & is located at:
8 Gradwell Street, Liverpool L15AQ.
Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.
Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.
Please refrain from smoking and loitering, and kindly maintain a low noise level both within the premises, outside, and within the yard area. Your cooperation in this matter is greatly appreciated.
Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.
