Enjoy our spacious 3 bedroom apartment each with an en-suite! The perfect apartment for outdoorsy types, sports fans and sightseers! Just an 8 minute walk to get to Goodison Park, a 6 minute drive to Anfield, 6 minute drive to St. John's Garden and then just a 12 minute drive to the city centre.
The Space:
There are three private rooms, each with the convenience of an ensuite for you and your guests to enjoy. Sleeping eight guests over three bedrooms, each with a double-sized bed and an additional super comfy double sofa bed in the lounge, this apartment is perfect for business and leisure stays.
The living space has more than enough room for your group to chill and watch on the 50" flat screen!

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the whole apartment with no other guests.
The Neighborhood:
A residential neighbourhood surrounded by parks and playgrounds! A quick 7 minute walk and you're at Everton Skatepark or head in the opposite direction and you'll find the neighbourhood football field!
Getting Around:
The apartment is within walking distance of all of Everton park's attractions, however, if you fancy venturing into the city centre then there are transport links nearby. With the nearest bus stop being just 3 minutes walking distance away.
Other Things to Note:
The apartment is located within a residential building, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise.
There is a possibility of free parking on street, however, it works on a first come, first served basis and we cannot be held responsible for it.
We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor.
The check in time is 3pm & check out 10am - Please adhere to these times unless otherwise agreed. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.
We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with X1 hand towel and X1 bath mat.
Luggage storage is available in the city centre at our main office, this is priced at £5 per bag for the whole day (up until 5 pm) & is located at:

**Please be aware that whilst the building does have a lift we cannot be held responsible if this does not work during your stay - this has not happened yet, but we do need to make guests aware.**
Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.
Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.

We never meet with guests as we like to give them as much space and privacy as possible but we are contactable 24/7 if required.
