Positive: - Beautiful garden with lots of flowers and plenty of chairs, benches & table - Spacious Kitchen/Diner - Comfortable bedrooms - Quiet location, except lots of tractors & lorries going down the lane during the daytime, but we were out exploring, so didn't bother us.

Negative: - Spiral, very steep & very narrow staircase, not suitable for people with mobility issues (photo added) - Low ceilings downstairs, so not ideal for taller people - Shower plumbing is not ideal as have to run sink tap at same time to get hot water, but is a known issue. - Non-stick Pots & pans with metal utensils don't go together, so we found only one pot not scratched! - Side gate doesn't close properly, so we used a brick to wedge it closed at night.
