Positive: Beautiful location Comfortable beds

Negative: Needs some TLC - shower head not properly attached, gardens needed a tidy, smelt damp - not particularly clean eg very dusty skirtings etc Light fittings not working Communication justifies the 4pm checkin by citing high standards of cleaning & prep. This was not the case
