Positive: Location for getting to it via driving. Being able to walk to the hippodrome for a show. Far enough out of the hustle and bustle of the night time. Lovely size bed, comfortable.

Negative: There was a slight smell of drains it got easier after the window was open all day and less of a smell the morning after. I wonder if it was because it either hadn’t been used for a few days or because it had just been cleaned? The tea is a good brand but the coffee is not branded and doesn’t taste very nice.

Summary: Great location, big rooms. Overall clean and tidy.
