The nearest coastal villages are Beadnell or Newton by the Sea. Bamburgh is also close by, just a short drive to the North, famous for its castle. The small fishing village of Craster is a little way to the south, well known for smoked kippers. There is a wealth of things to do and see in the local area.
A cavernous, state-of-the-art kitchen easily holds all the family and the large farmhouse style table in the middle is a lovely place to sit and sip a glass of wine while you’re waiting for a pot to boil on the range. A games room will keep some of the younger family members amused, and maybe even some of the older ones too!
