The private 9m X 4m gated deck/balcony is ideal for BBQ's and outdoor entertaining, with views looking onto South Narrawallee Beach and bushland.
The property is double brick and concrete tiled floors providing cool living space during summer, also insulates from any noise. Hideaway has a separate driveway and entry.
South Narrawallee Beach is protected from southerly winds, perfect in winter and summer, with crystal clear waters, ideal for jogging, walking, great for riding a surfboard, bodyboard or bodysurfing, even the dolphins love our beach, they are often sighted surfing the waves.
