Positive: Layout of rooms, spacious double bedroom and bathroom felt bigger than in other caravans we have stayed in. Found it easily, easy access using key lock box. Majority of areas were clean and cosy.

Negative: Smoke/fire alarm missing from ceiling. Fitting present but no alarm. Advertises that it can sleep 6 due to a pull out sofa bed in living room... We opened it up to find a very dirty fitted sheet.... It quickly got closed and unfortunately I ended up having to sleep on the sofa with my jacket as a blanket. There were no extra sheets or duvet for that bed either. Maybe I needed to ask ahead about those. We arrived late so I wasn't going to delay getting some form of sleep The 2 covers on the sofa are not appealing. I realise it's to try protect the sofa but they didn't look fully clean. Unfortunately this caravan plot is pretty much beside the road and the road was busier than I expected it to be, with quite a few lorries. Kept my mother in law awake and disturbed me a few times. There was also a musky smell as we entered. Don't think it was damp but not sure what else it could be. Some of the cups in the cupboard were not fully clean, or the pirex jug. It's a real shame as this caravan has real potential and had a homely feel but we won't be back and to be honest part of me feels we deserve a bit of a refund.

Summary: An unfortunate let down.
