18th Century Terraced Farm workers cottage, situated minutes away from the village square and beaches. Draystone is a 2 storey house, situated in the heart of Cawsand. The accommodation comprises 2 large bedrooms and a children's bunk room, large family bathroom on the first floor with sumptuous underfloor heating. The ground floor comprises of living room, dining area, separate WC , and kitchen leading to the enclosed patio area. The kitchen is fully equipped. A brief stroll of 2 minutes takes you down into the villages of Kingsand/Cawsand with their excellent selection of pubs and cafes, beaches and rock-pools.
