Positive: We were visiting Peak District and chose this place expecting it will be convenient to get to the routes. It was. Kinder scout, Mam Tor was 25 min drive. But we also enjoyed local path Doctor’s Gate (that l liked the most), that you can start from the home door.We felt very much welcomed from the very first minutes meeting Alan. The home is very cosy, well equipped, exceptionally clean. Even windy morning did not stop us from having breakfast in the garden enjoying cosiness, nice plants and views. Thank you Alan and Carol!
