Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: It was a pleasant well equipped flat in a nice area which had plenty of restaurants bars and pubs.

Negative: There was one major problem which completely ruined my stay and means I definitely would not recommend anyone else renting this flat. The host Olivia provided me with a code for the keypad on the front door but not a key though there was a keyhole. I was unable to open the door with just the code though she insisted I shouldn’t need a key. She was unable to provide me with the name and number of a local representative I could ask for help. Nor was she able to give me the names of any of my neighbours in the 8 flats in the building and obviously not their numbers. A couple of times I did manage to get neighbours to let me in. But on the Friday night I went out locally got back about midnight could not get the code to work or a neighbour to answer their doorbell. After many calls to Olivia she finally found someone to let me in at about 1.30am. I don’t think I attempted to go out of the flat after that.
