Harbourside is an impressive and substantial stone built,16th Century, property located on the harbour side with the beach on your doorstep.
Beautifully furnished throughout, the accommodation is very spacious. To the ground floor is a large open plan kitchen dining room with exposed wooden beams, contemporary units and integrated appliances including dishwasher and washing machine. To the first floor the spacious lounge has four large windows with sea views, plus exposed wood beams. A good sized double bedroom and cloaks/w.c is also located on the first floor. To the second floor there are two bedrooms, one double with an ensuite shower room/w.c and one twin bedroom, a family shower room/w.c. with large walk in shower cubicle. The third floor, accessed from an original steep staircase, has an attic room with 4 single beds and a bathroom with bath.
Staithes is a lovely coastal village with independent local cafes and pubs. Located on the ‘Cleveland Way’ coastal walking path and in the North Yorkshire Moors National Park. The house has easy access to some of the finest walks in North Yorkshire.
Parking is available a few minutes away at the local car park up the hill.
