Positive: Conveniently located just off the motorway, with a good breakfast and, most importantly, incredibly friendly and accommodating staff.

Negative: The only downside to our stay was the cleanliness of the room. It appeared the area around the toilet had not been properly cleaned, as there was urine on the floor beside it. The shower also smelled strongly of mildew, and there was visible mold on the walls and ceiling. When I went to shower, I picked up the bath mat to place on the floor and noticed a large light-brown stain underneath it in the shower. We mentioned these issues to the night staff member downstairs, and she was very kind and immediately offered to move us to another room. Since we were already settled in, we chose to stay. The housekeeping staff had already left for the day, so she personally came up to clean the room herself, which we appreciated. I’m not sure whether I would stay here again, though the staff’s friendliness and willingness to help definitely made a difference. If you do decide to stay here, I’d recommend bringing shower shoes just in case.
