Summary: This is a large house, with perhaps the world's largest sofa which does not seem huge given the generous dimensions of the front sitting room. However the kitchen is tiny, no doubt as most guests would mainly eat out. There are good eating choices locally and finding parking for our three cars was easy. It's a pleasant walk along the seafront to central Hastings. We enjoyed having a fire during our winter weekend stay. We changed our dates after initial booking and had warm and efficient dealings with the owner.
