Positive: We expected a resort style place not a hotel in the community area around not clean. Did not feel Safe to walk around outside of the hotel

Negative: Staff were not friendly rarely spoke. Only exception is the front desk Vineesha and her male colleague also the chef in the restaurant. Everyone else were sad looking, never smiled or greeted anyone. I have visited India before however not Goa. Won't visit Goa again. Will stick to the other areas where people are warm and friendly.

Summary: Disappointing.
