Positive: Location is great, you park the car and everywhere go by walk. For familes is perfect. 5 min from Julius mall, supermarket and bakery is next street, city center 15 min by walk. Also 5 min from Amazonia aquapark by car. Apartment is larg enough for 4 persons. It has private parking.

Negative: Beds could be more comfortable.
