Positive: The staff were brilliant

Negative: Very tired, very substandard for price. More like a motel than a hotel. Bedding was dirty so had that changed. Lightbulb above bed needed changing. Couldn’t use safe because batteries kept falling out Heard boiler kick in all through the night Accessible room is not! Doors to it couldn’t have been managed without help. Width in room not enough for walking aids. Plus big step into shower.

Summary: Brilliant staff but hotel standard low
