Positive: We were warmly welcomed by Aisha and Katrina at reception. We had a little issue at check (not the hotels fault) Aisha dealt with the problem swiftly and professionally. We were given a complimentary breakfast and late check out as a way of apology which was not expected but very gratefully received. Our stay at this hotel was pleasant and relaxing. The rooms are immaculately clean, beds comfy and food good. Very handy having a Harvester right on the doorstep too. We will definitely return and have already recommended to family. Thank you again ladies for being so friendly and for your kindness. It went a long way !!
